Izzio Artisan Bakery is hiring a Quality Assurance Technician (Food Production) to join our Thornton, CO facility. You will conduct routine food safety checks, QA inspections, and support documentation, labeling, and sanitation programs across production lines.
The role involves line audits, KPI monitoring, and collaboration with QA Manager to uphold GMP, HACCP and SQF standards. On-site schedule includes 1st shift (3:00 am–11:30 am) with competitive hourly pay.
