Job Summary

As the Assistant Manager of a Patagonia retail store, you recruit, coordinate, motivate, and lead a team. Your store serves as a hub of environmental activism, sport, and positive vibes. You act as an ambassador for Patagonia in the local community and network across stores and channels to support retail success. You ensure best‑in‑class customer service, consistent with Patagonia’s core values, and inspire your team to live the mission.

Retail Marketing Leadership

As the Retail Marketing Team Leader, you plan and execute events, social media, and local email marketing, encouraging team ideas and brand campaign education.
