About the Role
As a Sales Advisor, you will provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively sell our products and giving them support and guidance. You will use your fashion and product knowledge to give customers all the relevant information they need for the best experience. You will also work on garment refill and care, presentation and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, working closely with the rest of your store team to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service: welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available, supporting them with direct customer service.
- Engage and have conversations with customers to provide excellent service.
- Guide customers through our fashion trends, stories and products in all areas of the store.
- Effectively promote and sell our products to customers.
- Actively promote our Customer Loyalty App and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
- Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
- Support with commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team.
- Keep up-to-date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
- Use your product and fashion knowledge to share relevant information with customers.
- Retain and share your service, fashion and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
- Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
- Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop and support each other.
- Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, trainings and courses for your role and future development.
- Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care.
- Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
- Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
- Support garment presentation, execution and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.
- Ensure good stock levels with replenishment routines on sales floor.
- Upkeep and follow best practice for any in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools.
- Support with opening and closing of the store.
- Follow all H&S guidelines and legal requirements applicable to role and responsibilities.

- Has sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service‑related industries.
- Competitive hourly pay beginning at $16.50 per hour.
