• Lead and motivate the store team to meet performance standards.
• Maintain cost controls, inventory, and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, and scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain store appearance.
• Conduct marketing and promotional activities.
• Support training and development of new hires.
• Maintain clean facilities, equipment, and food preparation areas.
• Track and report on profitability and performance metrics.

• Strong communication (verbal, written, telephone) skills.
• Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division; quick change-making.
• Computer literacy – use of keyboards or touch screens to enter orders.
• Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and handle food products.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; access to an insured vehicle for delivery duties.
• Live in, near, or moving to the Denver metro area.

• Standing and walking for extended periods; occasional climbing of stairs or ladders.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds and carrying trays or other items weighing up to 12 pounds.
• Reaching, bending, and twisting repeatedly while preparing and serving pizzas.
• Potential exposure to hot surfaces, sharp edges, and food odors.

• Temperature variations from 36°F to 90°F+ in different areas.
• Outdoor duties involving variable weather during deliveries.
• Exposure to cornmeal dust, fumes, and cramped work spaces such as walk‑in coolers.
