Stock Associate

Responsibilities

• Process freight and unload trucks.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, signing and sales floor replenishment standards.
• Maintain an organized stockroom.
• Contribute to a safe shopping environment.
• Checkout customers in store and handle buy‑online‑pick‑up purchases.
• Share passion and knowledge of our products and help customers find the perfect item.

• Can‑do attitude and commitment to an open, adaptable, honest, respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay Range: Hourly $15.16 – $15.66. Full‑time and part‑time associates are eligible for the company’s 401(k) after three months of service.
