What You’ll Do- Lead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional 5.11 EDGE customer experience.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and visuals.
- Maintain high standards throughout the store, ensuring customer focus, compliance, and operational excellence.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience with a focus on developing and motivating teams.
- Ability to support daily operations, manage priorities, and deliver results.
- A drive for teamwork, problem‑solving, and maintaining high standards.
- Passion for tactical, outdoor, or fitness gear.

$19.25‑$22.50 per hour
