PT - Support Associate Seasonal

Overview

Tory Burch is seeking a Retail Team member to support front-of-house and back-of-house operations in a fast-paced store environment. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, supporting product flow, and upholding company standards across sales floor and stock areas.

• Greet customers, assist with inquiries, and act as a cashier as needed.
• Answer phones and execute operational policies and procedures.
• Pack/unpack shipments and organize the stock room to support product flow and store operations.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a high standard of service and store presentation.

• One-to-two years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment; stock experience is a plus.
• Must have open availability for a flexible work schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend and stand for extended periods.

Compensation range: 15.00 USD – 15.00 USD. Offers are based on relevant experience and work location.
