- Work in your assigned territory, meeting with business owners, decision-makers, and employees to offer supplemental insurance products.
- Build and maintain your own book of business, balancing cold calling with follow-up appointments with current clients.
- Lead engaging product presentations, one-on-one and in groups of 50–100+ people.
- Set your own schedule, track activities, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Receive and follow up on leads, attend sales meetings, and report daily metrics.
- Grow professionally with continuous training in advanced sales and leadership.
