Position: Territory Manager, MEP - Denver, CO

Territory Manager, MEP – Denver, CO

As a Territory Manager, MEP, you will manage a territory of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) accounts or a combination of these accounts. You will be responsible for managing your accounts, conducting in‑person visits, and building strong relationships with key decision makers. Your focus will be driving top‑line sales through strategic planning, sell‑in opportunities, and lead generation while maintaining accountability for performance indicators and service standards.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Account Management
    • Execute strategic plans using Go‑to‑Market strategy, product service, and marketing programs.
    • Visit all key customers daily, including distributors, customers, events, and other opportunities.
    • Achieve sales targets for Power Tools, Hand Tools, Accessories, and Support Key Regional Chains.
    • Build key relationships with internal teams, distribution partners, and end users.
  • Business & Financial Acumen
    • Leverage field resources, conduct distributor and end‑user product training, and identify conversion opportunities.
    • Understand channel‑specific pricing structures and programming.
    • Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management and marketing.
    • Manage T&E and MAP budgets and field schedule.
  • Systems Proficiency
    • Maintain accurate  data, including work plans, visit logs, and customer master information.
    • Analyze Power BI and other MS Office tools to develop strategic growth plans.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in product, commercial, or industrial sales.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% overnight and maintain active territory engagement.
  • Ability to analyze Power BI and Salesforce data to improve financial performance.
  • Goal‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding measurable performance goals.
  • Strong product and market knowledge to drive sales and gain share with retail partners.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience in promotional events and creative problem‑solving.
  • Knowledge of IT business systems (e.g., BW, Salesforce, Tool Commerce) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR screening.
  • Successful completion of drug and criminal background checks.
