Overview

Join one of Keysight’s fastest growing businesses, Keysight Global Services Organization, through a unique opportunity as a Business Development Manager for Services in the Americas. Your directive will be to create and drive exceptional business results for specific, strategic Services offerings, including Repair and Calibration. This includes upfront sales and renewal programs that you will define, manage and execute in coordination with Keysight’s Sales Organization, customers and other key stakeholders.

To be successful, candidates must have a proven track record of building and executing on concrete, innovative business plans that exceed established goals while leveraging exceptional communication and project management skills involving cross‑functional stakeholders. If you are a highly motivated, assertive and customer‑focused individual with Repair and Calibration Services experience, then this role could be an ideal fit for you.

Responsibilities
  • Developing and exceeding targets for orders and renewals
  • Business development planning with rigorous execution
  • Managing funnel and forecasting requirements
  • Driving cross‑functional alignment with key stakeholders
  • Working effectively cross‑functionally with Customers, Sales, Business Operations, and Services
Qualifications

Educated to at least university degree level, you'll bring at least 8 years of practical and relevant experience in Marketing, Business Development and/or Sales/Support.

  • (Preferred) B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • (Preferred) MBA with B.S. Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Demonstrated exceptional ability in business processes and plans, project management, analytical skills, time management in interrupt‑driven and dynamic business environment, relationship building internally and externally, sales funnel and forecasting, and Marketing, Business Development, Sales and/or Service & Support experience is desired
