Product Manager – Aurora, CO

Business Unit:
Cooper Lighting Solutions, a division of Signify.

Responsibilities
  • Portfolio ownership of lighting product offerings, translating business plans into product marketing strategies.
  • Lead the strategic process of guiding a product from conception to market success.
  • Implement product pricing and develop strategic pricing based on competitive benchmarking and market trends.
  • Maintain product portfolio, update roadmaps and product information using relevant tools.
  • Drive product and brand level sales, margin and profitability.
  • Promote cross‑functional collaboration with customers, engineers, designers, factories, and sales teams to turn market needs into technically sound, commercially viable products.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing, engineering, sales, or product management experience in a technical or commercial field.
  • Track record of creating and delivering new products, solutions, and services while meeting/exceeding market and financial requirements.
  • Successful growth experience in complex, matrix organizations.
  • Change agent who supports organizational effectiveness, improvement, and development.
  • Able to travel up to 20%.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $125,450 – $183,986 (based on experience). Bonus: target bonus opportunity – 15%.
