Overview
This position engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources, such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions for clients as needed.
- Initiate deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities and connect them to solutions that meet their goals.
- Execute the bank’s risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to do what is right for clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client.
- Collaborates effectively to accomplish tasks, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Displays passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an improved client experience.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
- Communicates effectively and confidently and is comfortable engaging all clients.
- Adapts quickly to new information and technology platforms.
- Educates clients on how to conduct simple banking transactions through self‑service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking).
- Applies strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to meet clients’ needs.
- Follows established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficiently manages time and capacity while focusing on results in the client’s best interest.
- Able to work weekends and/or extended hours, including possible scheduling at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial services industry, products, and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary‑plus incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree such as business management, business administration, or finance.

Schedule & LocationShift: 1st shift (United States of America);
Hours per week: 40;
Locations include Arvada, Broomfield, and Thornton, CO.
Pay range: $25.00 – $26.77 hourly, determined based on experience, education, and skill set. Base salary only, not incentive eligible. Benefits eligible, including industry‑leading benefits, paid time off, and resources for physical, emotional, and financial well‑being.
