** is looking for a Vehicle Purchasing Specialist to join the team and the Holman Family!
** What You'll Do:
** As a Vehicle Purchasing Specialist, You’ll play a key role in acquiring customer vehicles, working with store leadership to connect with guests who request appraisals through KBB or our dealership websites.
* Cultivate vehicle purchases directly from guests who’ve submitted online appraisals
* Manage inbound leads using the KBB Dashboard and Dealer Socket CRM
* Quickly connect with prospects to schedule in-store reviews and establish purchase opportunities
* Partner with store managers to assess vehicle values, highlight key merchandise, and identify upside potential
* Maintain consistent follow-up using assigned cadence protocols, with the goal of securing two-way communication and a formal appraisal appointment
* Log all interactions, appointments, and decisions within Dealer Socket
* Support each guest through the process with transparency and professionalism, while working to maximize acquisition opportunities

* What We're Looking For:

*** Experience in hospitality or customer service.
* Sales experience is a plus.
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record#LI-RL1
