Entry Level Account Representative

We are expanding and looking for motivated and energetic Entry-Level Account Representatives to join our team.

This position offers hands‑on training in sales, communication, leadership, and territory management. It is ideal for individuals looking to develop transferable skills and grow within a performance‑driven, team‑oriented environment. This is a face‑to‑face, customer‑focused role where you will manage your own territory, build and maintain client relationships, and provide tailored solutions to customers within local communities.

What You’ll Do:

• Build rapport with customers and provide personalized solutions based on their needs.
• Clearly explain product features and benefits to support confident purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with teammates to solve problems and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.

What You Bring:

• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently within a defined area.
