As a Licensed Insurance/Sales Producer (LSP), you will play a key role in developing our local Allstate agency by connecting with new and existing clients to provide coverage for life’s ever‑changing needs. - Licensing:
Active Colorado Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain prior to start date). - Experience:
1-2 years of sales or related experience in insurance or related field preferred. - Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. - Problem‑Solving:
Proactive ability to work independently when addressing client needs. - Collaboration:
Team‑oriented with the ability to contribute to agency goals. - Technical
Skills:
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and sales platforms.
