Regional Sales Manager | Mountain West Territory
Our client is hiring a Regional Sales Manager with a growing manufacturing and automation company that builds modular hardware solutions used in industrial production, automation, and warehouse environments.
You will own the Mountain West territory: CO, UT, AZ, and NV.
Highlights:- Six-figure base salary + commission
- High-autonomy territory with minimal micromanagement
- Sell a proven product line with strong customer demand

- Convert prospects into customers through cold calling, research, prospecting, and other business development methods
- Grow existing customer relationships while identifying new applications and revenue opportunities
- Deliver technical presentations and position cost-effective solutions for customer needs
- Partner with Engineering and Customer Support to support customers throughout the sales process
- Own the territory, pipeline, follow-up, and new business development strategy
- 3-5+ years of technical sales experience
- Proven hunting / new business success
- Experience selling into manufacturing, automation, OEMs, machine builders, integrators, or industrial accounts
- Comfortable with heavy travel across CO, UT, AZ, and NV
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to lead consultative sales conversations
