Description

Direct Marketing Reps speak to potential customers about home remodeling products and services. The role involves participating in home shows, local markets, festivals, and other events, requiring enthusiasm and attentive customer engagement.

$18 base hourly pay to start plus three different types of bonuses. Average earnings range from $30–45 per hour with bonus. Potential for uncapped earnings and quick hourly advancement; top performers earn $35 or more per hour with bonus.

Flexible hours, with part‑time and full‑time positions available. Expected hours are 10–30 per week.
