Sales Design Consultant

At Bassett, Design Consultants play a very significant role with the company by providing experienced, professional services with our clients. As a Bassett design consultant, you will need to be enthusiastic, motivated and enjoy building relationships while providing a luxury experience in the retail sales environment.

• Minimum 1 year Sales Experience with high‑end furniture and luxury retail sales environment.
• Home Interior Design, or Art, and/or relevant experience.
• Highly organized.
• Results and goal‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing personality.
• Polished image.
• Ability to close the deal.

Hourly compensation during the training period is $20.00 per hour and with our generous commission‑based compensation plan, exceeding other competitors in our market, your income will be limited only by the amount of effort you apply. Full‑time positions are available at both the Lone Tree Location. Loyalty incentive bonus earned on 1st year anniversary.

Management in training positions are also available for qualified personnel, must have furniture sales experience.
