Contract Manager Denver​/Thornton - INTERNAL

Salary / Wage: $23.00 Hourly

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Citadel Security USA is hiring a Contract Manager to oversee a client account(s) in the Denver / Thornton area. This role focuses on keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting field teams, and maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal staff. The position includes a mix of office responsibilities and time spent in the field to ensure each site is properly staffed and meeting expectations.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned locations
• Build and adjust schedules to maintain proper coverage
• Provide direction and support to supervisors and security personnel
• Enforce company policies, post orders, and site procedures
• Review incident reports and follow up as needed
• Respond to service concerns, escalations, or urgent situations
• Conduct site visits to assess performance and identify improvements
• Ensure compliance with company standards and applicable regulations
• Maintain strong working relationships with clients and partners
• Assist with onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development
• Track performance and provide updates to leadership

• Valid driver’s license required
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple sites and changing priorities
• Good judgment and problem-solving ability

• Background in security operations or related leadership roles
• Familiarity with CCTV, alarm systems, or access control platforms
• Experience reviewing incidents and preparing reports
• General understanding of compliance standards and security practices

• Combination of office work and field responsibilities
• Travel between assigned sites is required
• Schedule may adjust slightly based on operational needs
