JLL seeks a Maintenance Technician in Thornton, CO, to support maintenance and light repairs at the Oracle site in Broomfield. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities in facilities maintenance. Responsibilities include assisting with plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC support, and using the CMMS for work orders. Ideal candidates will demonstrate some experience or training in building maintenance, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service skills.
The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and includes an on-call rotation.
