Simon Property Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Worker for their Denver Premium Outlets location. This position is responsible for performing repairs and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of building maintenance experience, strong skills in carpentry and electrical systems, and the ability to manage other maintenance personnel effectively. A valid driver’s license is required as well.
