Duties for Commercial Roofing Foreman for Colorado Springs

• Manage daily safety of the team
• Installation of the roofing membrane, PVC/TPO
• Review daily the quality of work performed by team members and train in any areas that need improvement
• Work daily with Operations Manager on any issues onsite
• Update systems to communicate the progress of the job
• Travel is mandatory for this role
• Per diem paid for overnight stays and travel time is paid both ways to job site
• Pay of $30-$40 per hour with bonus eligibility on the jobs based on performance
