Jeffco Public Schools is seeking a CLC Student Case Assistant for middle school students at Connections Learning Center. The role focuses on monitoring academic, attendance, and behavior data, and coordinating with families and district schools to support transitions.
Two or more years of experience with at-risk youth are preferred, with a high school diploma required and a bachelor’s degree preferred. This is a 1.0 FTE, 180-day position in a nonexempt role.
