General Purpose

Hiring salary is dependent upon experience.

The hiring range is $65,966. / annually.

Bilingual In Spanish Is Strongly Preferred.

We are seeking a dedicated Community Navigator – Family & Seniors to join our team under the guidance of the Community Well-Being Supervisor. In this role, you will work collaboratively with city departments and external organizations to provide essential information and referral services, outreach, and programming for individuals and families in need within Commerce City.

Your work will focus on delivering personalized services and creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to access the resources they need.

• Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, or related field and a minimum of 1-year previous experience coordinating outreach or working with lower income or otherwise marginalized populations required.
• An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities may be considered.
• Must possess a current CPR and First Aid certificate or be able to obtain one within six months of hire.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.
