Box Truck Delivery Driver

Gordon Food Service Store LLC is hiring a Full‑Time Box Truck Driver at 1480 E 104th Ave, Thornton, CO 80233. Pay ranges from $22.41 to $31 per hour based on experience. The position will be open until July
22,2026.

As a Box Truck Driver, you will deliver GFS products to customers, maintain accurate records, and act as a liaison between the company and its customers. You will be responsible for safe, timely, and efficient deliveries while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Safely and accurately deliver GFS products on time.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships.
• Collect customer payments and safeguard company funds following GFS banking policies.
• Maintain equipment, monitor refrigerated temperature, and report mechanical issues and damages.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections of vehicles and equipment.
• Complete daily check‑ins and maintain accurate paperwork (register, credits, pick‑ups).
• Perform all Sales Service functions by the 90th day of employment.
• Perform other duties as assigned in‑store or driver related.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; one year of driving experience and one year of customer service or related field experience.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license.
• Must have or obtain a DOT Physical before start date.
• No drug or alcohol offenses in the last 3years.
• Must be at least 21years of age.
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance in GFS uniform.
• Strong problem‑solving, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 350lbs and operate a hand truck.
• Ability to operate an onboard computer and handheld scanner.
• Basic computer proficiency.
