Compensation: $21‑24/hr, possibly higher for excellent experience.
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for dispatching units to pick up and deliver freight, monitoring drivers’ performance, and ensuring customer timelines are adhered to.
How You’ll Help- Ability to co‑ordinate road repairs and service of fleet
- Maintain communication with PDC Supervisor for status reports on correct loading by unit and timely departures.
- Ensure driver concerns reported to dispatch are responded to and closed off within reasonable or expected timelines.
- Arrange daily deliveries, assign pick‑up requests, and enter orders in the computer.
- Transportation background in dispatch, dock supervision, or similar
- Computer literate in Excel and Word
- MS products, TMS Systems, web‑based programs are beneficial
- High School graduate or equivalent
