Clean Harbors is a leading provider of environmental, energy and industrial services across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. We are seeking a Class A CDL Equipment Operator / Truck Driver to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks and equipment at customer sites. This role performs driving and non‑driving duties related to hazardous waste clean‑up.
New hires must attend a two‑week Academy training out of state. Expenses are covered by the company and the training is paid.

- Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers as needed.
- Operate a variety of Class A trucks.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Perform manual labor on site to meet customer needs.
- Properly placard vehicles to meet company and DOT requirements.
- Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and reports.
- Follow all local, state, and federal compliance regulations.
- Safely operate vehicles in accordance with U.S. DOT and other regulations.
- Observe all company environmental and safety guidelines.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Be on call for emergency response on a rotating basis every other week.
- When required, perform site‑remediation, equipment decontamination, and handling of hazardous materials.
- Valid Class A CDL unrestricted.
- Hazardous Materials and Tanker endorsements.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission.
- Ability to use various mobile devices.
- Perform physical functions required by the job.
- Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, as required.
- Meet facial hair standards for respirator use under OSHA.
- Commercial driver experience.
- Previous Hazmat experience.
- Previous manual labor experience.
