Warehouse Purchasing Coordinator

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

We are looking for a detail‑oriented team member to support our warehouse operations and purchasing process. This role works closely with technicians, the warehouse team, and accounting to ensure materials are ordered, received, tracked, and accounted for accurately. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position that plays a key role in keeping jobs running smoothly and within budget.

• Work directly with the warehouse team on daily operations
• Answer incoming calls from technicians and assist with parts and purchase order requests
• Create and issue purchase orders to vendors
• Fulfill and process purchase orders for jobs and service calls
• Receive and verify incoming purchase orders and materials
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely pickup of parts
• Work closely with accounting to reconcile purchase orders and invoices
• Ensure all receipts and documentation are uploaded and properly recorded
• Reconcile project costs to confirm accuracy and completeness
• Monitor and help control material costs on projects
• Ensure all orders are accurate, complete, and properly built out

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication skills, especially over the phone
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills (experience with Service Titan or similar systems is a plus)
• Previous warehouse, purchasing, or construction industry experience preferred

• This position is based fully in the warehouse
• Involves frequent communication with field technicians, office staff, and vendors
• Fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
