Transdevis hiring a Parts Clerk. The Parts Clerk is responsible for the receipt, verification, labeling, storage, documentation and security of all parts and supplies in the parts room. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Compensation- Competitive compensation package of minimum $21.00 – Maximum $27.00 / hr
- Vacation: minimum of two weeks
- Sick days: 5 days
- Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating
- Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability.
- Receives and stocks parts.
- Conducts price and quality survey.
- Provides counter service.
- Cleans and organizes shelves, bins, racks, etc. and maintains a clean and orderly parts room.
- Enters necessary data into computer program and ensures accuracy.
- Maintains files and records and provides reports as necessary.
- Orders special parts for repair orders, following order to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Operates parts recordkeeping system per location needs.
- Other duties as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of parts or vehicle maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Computer literate with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Subject to DOT drug testing and physical; DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
- Ability to work inside and outside in varying temperature, weather, humidity conditions; 50% of time will work alone.
- Sit for extended periods processing data/parts on a computer; frequently walk on shop floor, on slippery or uneven surfaces.
- Push and pull objects occasionally; lift material up to 50 lbs. with or without assistance; occasionally bend, kneel, or crouch to files or equipment stored at ground level.
- Withstand heavy traffic areas while performing duties; tolerate exposure to dust, vehicle fumes and noise.
