Job Summary

We are seeking an Accounting Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Newbury Park, CA. The Accounting Admin will support a busy accounting department by helping transition paper accounting records into a digital filing system, then continue providing ongoing administrative and accounting support once the project is complete.

• Prepare accounting documents for scanning by removing staples, sorting files, and organizing records.
• Scan, digitize, label, and accurately file accounting documents into electronic systems.
• Shred documents according to company procedures and records management guidelines.
• Maintain organized digital filing systems for accounting records and related documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
• Assist with additional accounting, records, and office projects to support department workflow.
