Position Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator (Part Time)

Location: In-Office

We are a growing general contracting company specializing in, but not limited to, luxury custom residential construction. With a team of approximately 30 members, we manage projects across Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Lake Sherwood, and are continuing to expand into Palm Desert.

We are seeking a part-time Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to contribute to a dynamic and expanding organization. This position is open due to company growth and offers meaningful opportunity for advancement within a fast-growing organization.

As an Accounts Receivable Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting department by assisting with the input of project budgets and buyouts, processing invoices, and helping ensure accurate and timely billing across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and leadership in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

• Input project budgets and buyout proposals into Procore
• Process invoices and ensure accuracy, proper coding, and detailed documentation
• Prepare and submit payment applications
• Communicate with subcontractors to resolve invoice discrepancies and questions
• Coordinate with project managers on billing and project-related financials
• Track and follow up on outstanding items as needed
• Provide general accounting and administrative support to the team

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus
• Construction accounting experience preferred but not required

Compensation & Employee Health Benefits

• $25–$35/hour, depending on experience. Competitive compensation available for candidates with strong construction accounting experience.
• Employees are eligible for health benefits beginning on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment.
