What You'll Do

As a Front Desk Receptionist
, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients while ensuring an efficient and welcoming clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Check in patients accurately and efficiently
  • Welcome patients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Verify and update patient demographics and insurance information
  • Collect patient balances, co-payments, co-insurance, and surgery fees
  • Schedule walk-in appointments as needed
  • Verify no-show appointments and update scheduling records
  • Log and track films and other medical records received
  • Obtain and verify eligibility and benefits (E&B) when necessary
  • Scan and upload patient documents, identification, and insurance cards
  • Verify claims mailing addresses and patient information
  • Perform partial CPQ data entry in designated systems
  • Update MBC forms annually as required
  • Verify daily cash logs and payment records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby area
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, medical assistants, and clinic staff
  • Assist with additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 12 to 18 months of customer service, medical office, receptionist, front office, or related experience preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
  • Proficiency with computers, office equipment, and data entry systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
