** Responsibilities
* ** Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Subaru vehicles and other makes
* Accurately document services and repairs in repair orders
* Conduct multi-point inspections and provide repair recommendations
* Maintain efficiency and productivity standards
* Collaborate with service advisors and team members to deliver exceptional customer service
* Stay current with manufacturer training and technical bulletins
* Maintain a clean, safe work environment
** Qualifications
* ** 3+ years of automotive technician experience (Subaru experience preferred)
* Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
* ASE certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
* Own tools required
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Team player with strong communication skills

The flat rate pay range for this position is $17.00 - $62.00.This flat-rate position is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity.
