CD&A Senior Manager, Commercial Decision Science

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role the Senior Manager will lead a high-performing decision science team to deliver transformative AI/ML and advanced analytics projects, integrating omni-channel strategies to enhance customer experience and drive commercial success.

Flexible commuter role to the Thousand Oaks, CA or Deerfield, IL office. You will work on-site a minimum of 2-3 days a week.

• Overseeing machine learning, advanced analytics, and omni-channel initiatives
• Designing and deploying advanced models (including predictive modeling and Gen AI)
• Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial leaders on all AI/ML and omni-channel initiatives, effectively communicating project status, impact, and success to key stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Mentoring data scientists and fostering expertise in analytics and omni-channel applications
• Communicating project impact to commercial leaders and aligning with business priorities
• Building team capabilities through professional development and industry best practices
• Monitoring performance of omni-channel tactics for continuous improvement
• Staying current with industry trends to ensure innovation

• Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field
• OR Masters degree and 4 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field
• OR Bachelors degree and 6 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field
• OR Associates degree and 10 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field
• OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience in statistics, operations research, mathematics, econometrics, business administration or a quantitative field

• Relevant Omnichannel media strategy experience within the Bio/Pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in AI, Machine Learning, quantitative methods, multivariate statistics, predictive modeling and other analytics frameworks/techniques with 5+ years delivering complex analytical projects
• Experience in Databricks and AWS (and other cloud technologies)
• Advanced proficiency and hands-on coding experience in Python/R/Scala/Java or other OOP language
• Proficiency working with external claims data to understand patient journeys and conduct relevant analysis for therapeutic teams
• Comprehensive understanding of setting up data models in a git-based environment with CI/CD capabilities
• Ability to cultivate an environment of openness and transparency, seeking diverse opinions and empowering risk-taking in idea generation
