We are looking for a  
** Senior Subcontracts Manager
** to join the team! The Senior Subcontracts Manager assists in moderately complex and routine subcontract administration functions to include review and negotiation of agreements, subcontracts and other contractually related documents.

** Essential Duties and Responsibilities
** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

+ Responsible for all aspects of subcontract formation and administration

+ Support general procurement activities as required

+ Evaluates requirements and prepares RFQ/RFP's including assignation correct prime contract flow-down provisions

+ Evaluates subcontractor proposals including analyzing exceptions to terms, performing risk assessments and cost or price analysis as necessary

+ Develops negotiation strategy and negotiates and awards subcontracts

+ Produces and maintains all subcontract records

+ Develops and documents small business plans in accordance with government regulations

+ Monitors performance of subcontractors, negotiates changes and performs closeout on subcontracts in accordance with company procedures

+ Establishes and maintains excellent working relationships with internal and external customers

+ Prepares and negotiates other agreements when requested

+ Assists in updating department policies and procedures and contractual documents, including research of current regulations and laws

+ Participate in special projects as needed

+ Frequently works with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for tracking and reporting of data

** Qualifications & Competencies*
* To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:

+ Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, DCAA and other agency regulations

+ Familiar with DCAA audits

+ Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

+ Advanced computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

+ Ability to work independently and exhibit excellent problem-solving skills

+ Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices

** Education and/or Experience*
* + Bachelor's Degree in a Business-related field

+ A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a BS degree

+ Additional specific government contract management education or certifications a plus

+ Eight (8) plus years of experience in various types of subcontracts for complex items or R&D…
