Commercial Analytics Manager- Hybrid

Please note this is a flexible commuter role based out of Thousand Oaks, CA/Deerfield, IL with 2-3 times a week in office.

The Commercial Analytics Senior Manager will lead insights generation by integrating multitude of secondary data sources and engaging several Business Analytics and Insights (BAI) colleagues to develop a comprehensive understanding of brand performance and provide tactical recommendations to drive it.
JobResponsibilities Include:
Strategic Thought Partnership
- Partner with brand leaders to help set, communicate, and align on brand priorities; translate those priorities into focused analytical questions, workplans, and clear actions across the team.
- Support brand planning, executive reviews, forecasting, and investment decisions with objective, data-driven guidance.
- Help stakeholders move from what happened to the drivers, the so what, and the recommended now what.
- Lead analyses of brand performance, demand drivers, payer and access shifts, promotional impact, field dynamics, and competitive trends.
- Integrate claims, HCP and account-level demand, specialty pharmacy, EMR, promotional, and access data to develop a holistic view of performance.
- Produce and interpret standard weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and dashboards, surfacing risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Own KPI definitions, business rules, analytical assumptions, data caveats, and appropriate use of assigned secondary datasets.
- Ensure outputs are accurate, consistent, reproducible, and comparable over time through strong data quality and documentation standards.
- Align analytical methods and performance measures across Business Analytics & Insights partners.
- Lead end-to-end analytics delivery, including scoping, methodology, execution, quality review, stakeholder alignment, and readout.
