Pay Range: $19 to $22 per hour $500 Sign On Bonus

Schedule:

Monday through Friday full-time with no weekends

The Learning Experience in Newbury Park is seeking a caring, energetic, and attentive Toddler Teacher to support children ages one to three as they explore, grow, and develop independence in a nurturing learning environment. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys guiding young learners through play, routines, and early social development.

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging environment for toddlers
• Support social, emotional, language, and motor development through play based learning
• Follow daily classroom routines including meals, diapering or potty training, naps, and transitions
• Build strong relationships with families through daily communication and updates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
• Follow all state licensing guidelines and center policies
• Collaborate with your teaching team to create a supportive classroom culture

Minimum of twelve completed ECE units

• Experience working with toddlers or in early childhood education preferred
• Patient, dependable, and attentive to children’s needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to high quality care and safe practices
