Construction Project Coordinator

Location:

Thousand Oaks, CA

Pay: $24-30/hr DOE

• Coordinate and manage project tasks ensuring timely completion.
• Assist with construction office duties; review and maintain construction documents.
• Create and manage documents such as contracts, insurance, prelim notices, RFI (Request for Information) and change orders.
• Communicate and collaborate with project teams regarding document changes and informational requests.
• Use Excel, Word, Adobe, and Bluebeam software to create and manage project documents.

• Prior experience in a construction office environment.
• Familiarity with basic construction documents (contracts, insurance, prelim notices, RFI, change orders).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Adobe.
• Preferred experience with Bluebeam software.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
