We are currently looking for a friendly, meticulous, and goal-driven Service BDC Representative to join our growing Business Development  this vital role, you are the first point of contact for our service customers, helping to drive appointments, build relationships, and increase service department revenue through excellent communication and follow-up.

You will connect with our loyal Subaru customers and help them stay on track with their vehicle maintenance, recalls, and recommended services. If you are passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment — we would love to hear from you!

* Qualifications:

*** Prior experience in dealership service BDC, call center, or customer service environment preferred.
* Automotive service experience or familiarity with Subaru’s maintenance schedule is a plus.
* Comfortable working with computers, and scheduling systems.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English)

The CA-based HOURLY range for this full-time position is $17.00 to $20.00, as well as bonus opportunities such as Individual Appointment Shown/Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.
