Lithia & Driveway is hiring Service BDC Administrators for DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks. The role supports a high-volume service desk with a 5-day schedule, Sunday off and one rotating weekday off.
You will build customer relationships, schedule appointments, and maintain CRM data to drive satisfaction and retention. Requirements include 1+ years in customer service or call center environments, fluent phone/email/text communication, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
