Thousand Oaks, CA

Pay: $24–$28/hour DOE

Schedule:

5 days per week, 9:45 AM–6:15 PM

Days Off:
Mondays & Tuesdays

Weekends:
Required — must be available to work every weekend

Language:
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred

We are looking for a professional, outgoing, CSR / Sales Support Specialist who loves working with people and creating a positive customer experience. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a combination of customer service, retail, program support, volunteer engagement, and administrative work.

The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, comfortable using Microsoft Office and Excel, and passionate about supporting members, volunteers, and the community.

• 2–3+ years of customer service, retail, administrative, program, nonprofit, or volunteer support experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
• Experience creating reports and working with data.
• CRM experience, such as Salesforce, preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Must be available to work every weekend, as weekends are the busiest.
• Regular schedule is Wednesday–Sunday, 9:45 AM–6:15 PM, with Mondays and Tuesdays off.
• Flexibility to occasionally work outside regular hours and attend evening events as needed.
