Residential Trade Leader - Thousand Oaks Gallery

Summary

The Residential Trade Leader will grow and lead the interior design trade business within the Thousand Oaks Gallery, delivering a luxury client experience and achieving fiscal goals. This role builds and inspires a team dedicated to servicing trade clientele and manages projects from consultation through installation while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

• Provide a luxury experience for trade clientele through product expertise, professionalism and elevated service
• Lead, grow and develop the residential trade business within the Gallery
• Build, lead, educate and inspire a team focused on servicing interior design trade customers
• Partner with the Gallery Leader to develop and execute trade strategies
• Lead and oversee multiple trade projects of varying size and scope, including site visits and project coordination
• Qualify potential clients and maintain relationships within the interior design community
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate services and installations and ensure fiscal goals are met

• 5+ years experience in a high-end interior design showroom, luxury retailer or design firm
• Proven relationship-driven success working with the interior design/trade community
• Entrepreneurial spirit with strong organizational, leadership and communication skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Google applications and CRM systems (eg Salesforce)
• Ability to interpret floor plans, travel locally or out of state, and frequently lift/mobilize items up to 25 lbs
