Lead Teacher – Responsibilities

As a Lead Teacher, you will:

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Promote the social, physical, and intellectual growth of preschool children in your class.
• Take the lead on classroom management and curriculum implementation, and be an expert on licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Build sincere relationships with enrolled and prospective families to promote achievement and support the center’s success.

Minimum age 18 and:

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state educational requirements and childcare center requirements.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation based on position, education, and experience. Pay options: bi‑weekly and daily.

• Lead Teacher: $19.56–$20.32 per hour.
