We are seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated Toddler Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. This individual will create a nurturing, safe, and engaging classroom environment where toddlers can explore, learn and thrive. The ideal candidate is collaborative, creative and deeply committed to developmentally appropriate practices that support each child's unique growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Create and maintain a warm, safe, and inclusive classroom environment for toddlers.
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Plan and facilitate open-ended art experiences and creative learning opportunities.
- Observe and assess children's development and tailor activities to meet individual needs.
- Foster strong, respectful relationships with children, families and co-workers.
- Collaborate with fellow Teachers and staff to ensure consistency, quality of care and communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily experiences in person and through our technology platform.
- ECE units including infant/toddler units.
- Previous experience working with toddlers and two year old's.
- Strong understanding of child development and DAP practices.
- Passion working with young children and supporting their growth.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Committed to creating an environment where children feel safe, heard, and valued.
- A Director that is supportive and feels passionate about mentoring her staff.

- A Director that is collaborative and always has an open door so her staff feel heard and supported.
