Job Summary:
This role is for a Senior Equipment Engineer to provide critical on-site support for manufacturing operations in a pilot plant. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of various process equipment through troubleshooting, maintenance coordination, and data-driven improvements. This position involves partnering with operations and other functions to guide technical decisions and enhance system efficiency.
- Provide technical support for process equipment.
- Lead root cause analysis for equipment issues.
- Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies.
- Manage asset maintenance and history using a CMMS.
- Analyze system data to inform decision-making.

- Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is preferred.
