Tuesday‑Saturday 9 AM‑5 PM

• $21‑$22 per hour

The Activities Assistant is responsible for assisting with the overall planning and implementation of a varied activity program designed to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the Health Center residents.

Oakview is our health center providing living options in Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and Memory Care. We provide the perfect environment for learning all aspects of restaurant dining and opportunities for growth. We have a heavy focus on training and provide tuition assistance as well as some scholarships.

Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.

• At least one-year experience in a social or recreation program or a healthcare setting working with the elderly.
• The 40‑hour Basic Course for activities professionals is preferred. (National Certification Council for Activity Professionals - NCCAP)
• High School Degree required
• Ability to learn and adapt to technology to enhance resident's lives
• Legally Authorized to work in the United States
