Job Description

The Principal will serve as the strategic lead for client delivery, relationship management, and strategic account leadership across multiple clients and practice areas within the Life Sciences industry. You will be responsible for managing large-scale onsite engagements, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning service delivery with client objectives. You will expected to be present onsite with clients and will lead cross-functional teams, drive measurable outcomes, and act as the single point of accountability for brand-specific mandates.

Qualifications
  • Advanced degree (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) from a recognized institute preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years in the U.S., with proven leadership in managing large-scale client delivery engagements and account operations.
  • Expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on commercialization practices and the use of data analytics and insights to drive strategy and informed decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of client-side operations with the ability to manage end-to-end delivery across multiple accounts and practice areas.
  • Well-versed in Pharma commercialization dynamics, with the ability to leverage domain expertise and strategic insights to provide impactful thought partnership to commercial leadership.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor diverse, cross-functional global teams in hybrid (onsite + remote) delivery settings.
  • Willingness to be onsite at client location.
Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end service delivery across assigned onsite client accounts, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
  • Serve as the single point of accountability for brand-specific operations across multiple work streams and functional areas.
  • Oversee functional leads across Analytics, Forecasting, Market Research/Chart Audit, and related domains to ensure integrated, high-quality solution delivery aligned with client expectations.
  • Manage senior client relationships to ensure delivery continuity, operational efficiency, and timely resolution of engagement-level issues.
  • Translate client objectives into structured, scalable delivery plans by leveraging internal capabilities and established best practices.
  • Lead hybrid delivery teams, ensuring effective coordination, workload allocation, and performance management across geographies.
  • Drive engagement health, mitigate delivery risks, and ensure timely communication with client stakeholders and internal leadership.
  • Remain informed and provide strategic insights on client priorities, therapeutic area trends, and industry developments to support contextualized and forward-looking delivery decisions.
