VRIZE is seeking a relationship-driven Account Manager to support, own, and grow strategic client partnerships within our technology services organization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys working closely with clients and internal teams, and can bring structure, responsiveness, professionalism, and business growth accountability to evolving client relationships.

Work Model & Flexibility Expectations

Hybrid – 3 days onsite in Thousand Oaks, CA

Candidates should be comfortable with:

Periodic travel outside of the DFW area, including potential overnight travel based on client and business needs. Travel requirements may vary depending on active client engagements and could reach up to 50% at certain periods.

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner
  • Coordinate across internal delivery and leadership teams to support successful project execution
  • Monitor account health, delivery performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction
  • Support account growth opportunities, renewals, and relationship expansion
  • Manage risks, resolve client concerns, and elevate issues appropriately
  • Lead recurring client communication including status meetings, reviews, and executive updates
  • Bring structure, organization, and proactive follow-through to fast-moving engagements
