What you will do

The Senior Manager, CV / Repatha will help CV / Repatha move from the design, development, and approval of standalone assets to a quarterly content supply model built around Job Initiation Briefs (JIBs), approved core and supplemental messaging claims, and a quarterly MAC modular submission matrix. The role will support all major CV / Repatha content needs across AEM websites and page modules, iCVAs, field Rep-Triggered Emails (RTEs), CRM, all paid media partners, endemic omnichannel platforms, programmatic media, Sales and Marketing Communications (SM Comms), patient-facing content where applicable, and answer-ready content for search / GEO / AI-answer environments.

This is not a content traffic role. It is a commercial content operating model role. The leader will translate approved core and supplemental messages from the Cardiologist / CSS and PCP Promo Marketing teams into source-claim packages, modular content components, channel-use rules, metadata, and MAC-ready submission matrices that enable faster, more efficient, more consistent, and more reusable downstream adaptation.

The role will also support the partnership between GCCI Primary Market Research, the CSS pod, and the PCP pod by turning rapid message testing, qualitative and quantitative PMR insights, and customer-learning readouts into future JIBs, message refinements, MAC matrix updates, and modular content priorities.

    Creates the AI‑ready content operating model for CV / Repatha rather than managing a traditional asset traffic process.
  • Quarterly JIB and MAC matrix role:
    Moves CV / Repatha from one‑off asset‑by‑asset requests to quarterly JIBs across HCP, DTC, field, CRM, web, all paid media partners, endemic platforms, SM Comms, and AI‑answer needs, then converts approved core and supplemental claims into a quarterly MAC modular submission matrix for downstream reuse.
  • Message learning role:
    Partners with GCCI Primary Market Research, CSS, PCP Promo, Analytics, Search / GEO, and Omnichannel Orchestration to incorporate rapid message testing, PMR insights, customer questions, performance learning, and field feedback into future content priorities.
  • Commercial translation role:
    Turns Promo, DTC, Above‑Brand, PAR, Field, CRM, web, iCVA, RTE, paid media, endemic omni, SM Comms, and AI answer‑engine needs into reusable modular content requirements.
  • AI content supply partner:
    Partners with GCCI, AI&D, Enterprise Content, Adobe Content Supply Chain, AIN, MAC, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, Compliance, and platform owners on AI‑enabled tools that improve content creation, modular adaptation, metadata, claims readiness, and MAC‑ready review workflows.
  • Governance‑first role:
    Improves speed by designing all content for approved claims, channel‑specific use, reuse, measurement, MAC readiness, and compliant AI‑assisted creation from the beginning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the CV / Repatha AI content supply and modular content operations model across HCP and DTC audience strategies, ensuring approved content is easier to plan, find, review, activate, measure, refresh, reuse, and retire.
  • Generate quarterly JIBs across all CV / Repatha content needs and manage a quarterly MAC modular content submission matrix that translates approved core and supplemental messaging claims from the Cardiologist / CSS and PCP Promo Marketing teams into modular, claims‑linked content components for promotional materials, web, CRM, field enablement, SM Comms, all paid media partners, endemic omnichannel platforms, patient‑facing content where applicable, and answer‑ready content.
  • Operationalize the handoff from approved core / supplemental messaging to modular adaptation by defining the source claim, audience, barrier, module, channel‑use rule, required assets, downstream touchpoints, measurement tag, expiration / refresh rule, and MAC submission readiness for each content component.
