PrimaryResponsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team supporting enterprise applications, business analysis, analytics, data services, and modernization initiatives.
- Partner with departments to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver technology solutions that create measurable business value.
- Oversee and guide the development of business requirements, business process assessments, solution strategies, and implementation plans, while providing direct support on complex or high‑impact initiatives.
- Oversee enterprise applications, systems integration, interoperability, automation, and data services initiatives that support City operations and strategic priorities.
- Lead and support the development of enterprise data services, information management practices, analytics capabilities, and organizational data accessibility.
- Manage technology projects, vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery to ensure successful outcomes and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Promote collaboration, continuous improvement, innovation, and customer‑focused service delivery across the organization.
- Assist with budgeting, technology procurement, contract administration, and vendor management activities.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise applications, analytics platforms, business process improvement methodologies, workflow automation, and enterprise technology service delivery, with the ability to align technology solutions with organizational and operational objectives.
- Experience leading enterprise modernization initiatives, operational improvement efforts, analytics programs, governance activities, and cross‑functional technology projects that deliver measurable business value.
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations, APIs, interoperability practices, automation technologies, and enterprise data management concepts that support information sharing, operational efficiency, and organizational decision‑making.
- Excellent problem‑solving, planning, organizational, and project management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
